Dolly

I am the matriarch of the household and have taken over the job as General Manager. I am dedicated to being the centre of attention. It’s my way, or no way, and I insist on the best customer experience at all times. I love to hear our guests come and go and I always know what’s going on; however, our guests may not always see me.

Arthur

I am the experienced supervisor. I’m always busy and moving things around. I have the important role of being head of maintenance and gardening and my tail is always wagging! I’m so happy to welcome guests and even happier if they leave me some toast on their plate!

William and Simon
